Sound Press allows the user to control 'Ableton Live' sessions by sketching with a dry eraseble marker on a rotating cylinder,. The camera recorded the black drawings and converts them into music tracks. The machine converts your drawings into music. The machine purpose a different way to make music. Similar to a music box the 'notes' are repeated on a cycle, but the drawings are the new notes, making a synthesis of sound and lines.
